2018年5月11日-5月17日，AC汽车及其国际事业部ACAE（美中汽车决策者协会）联合创始人/战略副总裁仇大海先生、ACAE联合创始人/Trakmotive Global总裁&CEO/宁波万航实业有限公司总裁朱雪马先生，以及ACAE全球发展总监刘松楠女士，对美国汽车及后市场行业协会SEMA/AASA/ACA及全球汽车后市场顶尖大学Northwood进行了访问，并分别与各方做了深入沟通。

From May 11th to May 17th, 2018, AC Auto and its International Division ACAE (America China Automotive Executives Association) Co-founder/VP-Strategy Mr. Richy Qiu, ACAE Co-founder/Trakmotive Global President & CEO/Ningbo Mr. Robert Zhu, President of Wonh Industries Co., Ltd., and Ms. Monica Liu, ACAE Global Development Director, visited SEMA/AASA/ACA and Northwood, the top university in the global automotive aftermarket, and had in-depth communication with all the parties.

ACAE（America China Automotive Executives Association）是于2018年2月注册在美国的美中汽车决策者协会，通过汇聚中美汽车及后市场主流企业决策者及行业精英，促进信息、资源、技术、人才的交流融合发现新的合作机会。

ACAE (America China Automotive Executives Association) was registered in the United States in February, 2018, through the convergence of Chinese and American automotive and aftermarket mainstream corporate decision makers and industry elites, to promote information/resources/ technology and talent exchange and integration, in order to find new opportunities for cooperation.

2018年5月11日，AC汽车及ACAE一行拜访位于洛杉矶的SEMA（Specialty Equipment Market Association）及其产品研发中心（SEMA Garage），与SEMA总裁&CEO Christopher J. Kersting, CAE先生以及SEMA Garage 副总裁/OEM&产品开发负责人 Mike Spagnola 先生进行会谈。

SEMA成立于1963年，是美国最大的特殊零部件生产商及经销商协会，服务超过7000家会员单位，其中3000家为制造商。SEMA的使命是帮助会员企业取得商业上的成功和繁荣。

On May 11, 2018, AC Auto and ACAE visited SEMA (Specialty Equipment Market Association) and its product development center (SEMA Garage) in Los Angeles, SEMA President & CEO Christopher J. Kersting, CAE and SEMA Garage Vice President/ Mr. Mike Spagnola, Head of OEM&Product Development, held talks.

Founded in 1963, SEMA is the largest special parts manufacturer and distributor association in the United States, serving more than 7,000 member companies, of which 3,000 are manufacturers. SEMA's mission is to help member companies achieve business success and prosperity.

Subsequently, we visited Northwood University in Midland, with the President and CEO Mr. Keith A. Pretty, JD, Executive Vice President/COO/Chief Academic Officer Ms. Kristin Stehouwer, Ph.D., Chair/Professor Aftermarket Management Ms. Donna M Wagner, AAP, Assistant Vice President/Dean of International Programs Ms. Mamiko Reeves, Ed.D., Chairman of Management and Marketing Division / Professor Mr. Chandran Mylvaganam, Ph.D., and Devos Graduate School of Management Assistant Vice President / Dean Ms. Lisa P. Fairbairn, Ph.D., communicated in depth and explored the possibility of multiple cooperation in aftermarket education training.

Founded in 1959, Northwood is the only automotive aftermarket college in the world. It has in-depth cooperation with the mainstream automotive aftermarket channels and maintenance chain companies in the United States and provides professional education and training services such as AAP/Leadership 3.0 to professionals and decision makers in the industry.

美国行第三站，AC汽车及ACAE一行拜访AASA 汽车后市场供应商协会总部，与总裁及首席执行官Bill Long先生、执行副总裁 Paul McCarthy先生、会员总监 Ben Brucato 先生交换了信息，双方愿意共同为中美企业间的沟通合作建立桥梁。

AASA与HDMA/MERA/OESA，并列为MEMA（The Moter & Equipment Manufacturer’s Association）汽车与设备制造商协会的分支机构。MEMA成立于1904年，有1100+家成员企业，MEMA帮助会员导航产业面临的挑战，提高业务实现增长。AASA的全部会员均为汽车后市场行业的制造商。AASA与ACA联合主办的AAPEX展会每年吸引来自四十多个多家、两千多家生产及供应企业、吸引超过16万的观众。目前国内主流的跨国零部件企业均是其会员单位。

The third stop of the U.S. trip, we visited the headquarter of AASA - Auto Aftermarket Suppliers Association. And exchanged information with Mr. Bill Long, President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Paul McCarthy, Executive Vice President, and Mr. Ben Brucato, Member and Sponsoring Director. Both parties agreed to share information and to establish a bridge for communication and cooperation between Chinese and American companies.

AASA and HDMA/MERA/OESA are listed as branches of the MEMA (The Moter & Equipment Manufacturer’s Association). Founded in 1904, MEMA has 1100+ member companies. MEMA helps members navigate the challenges facing the industry and increase business growth. All AASA members are manufacturers of the automotive aftermarket industry. ACA汽车维修行业协会拥有3000多家会员公司，代表汽车后市场约15万家独立门店，众多单位。ACA倡导保护企业和行业良性发展的各类主张，开发及普及技术标准、促进信息化管理、提供市场情报、促进企业全球化发展、培养及发展人才、举办行业大会、促进行业交流等。

Finally, we visited the headquarter of ACA - Auto Care Association in Washington, DC, with Mr. Bill Hanvey, President and CEO, Mr. Michael Barratt, Senior Vice President of Meetings and Events, Ms. Taylor Mitchell, Vice President of technology, and Ms. Lia Zegeye, Director of Membership, Ms. Denise Truvillion, Manager, Board and Executive Affaires, and Mr. Aaron Lowe, Senior vice president of Regulatory and Government Affairs, launched a two-hour in-depth exchange to connect services.

ACA has more than 3,000 member companies and represents approximately 150,000 independent stores and numerous units in the automotive aftermarket. ACA advocates protection of various types of claims for the healthy development of enterprises and industries, develops and popularizes technical standards, promotes telematics management, and provides market intelligence. They have international programs , professional  development, and hold major events in the industry, to promote industry exchanges and the interests of members.
